The Golden Hall of Fame in Kunming is also known as the Copper Tile Temple because the hall is cast in brass and shines brightly in the sunlight, reflecting the golden light of the Cuigu secluded forest, hence the name. The famous Golden Hall, which is part of the Taoist Taihe Temple, was built in the Ming Dynasty (1602) and is one of the four largest brass halls in China, and is the best preserved. It was restored by King Pingxi Wu Sangui in 1671 and has a long history. The natural scenery of the Golden Temple is beautiful, with paths passing through the forest, verdant trees shading the sky, and occasional birdsong, which is deeply rooted in the essence of Taoist culture. In early spring, hundreds of mu of tea flowers in the scenic spot "Golden Palace Expo" open in competition, reflecting the sky's scarlet, beautiful.
